  • Return Shipment: Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of the return request submission to qualify for a full refund.
  • Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you issued a refund to your customer via Shopify, you will need to process the refund through your Shopify dashboard.
  • Order Status: If an order still shows "Fulfillment in progress," you may need to manually mark it as fulfilled before processing a refund.
